Digital products

Weseth.dev sells digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are evaluated case by case.

When we may refund

• Duplicate purchase of the same product by the same customer
• Technical issues that prevent delivery and we cannot resolve within a reasonable time
• Accidental purchase (contact us immediately and do not download/use the files)

When we may not refund

• The product works as described but you changed your mind
• Incompatibility with your environment if not stated as supported
• Issues caused by modifications you made or insecure hosting setup

How to request a refund

Email contact@weseth.dev and include your Order ID and the email used at checkout.
